- Genni - the Baker and Artist
- I am a self-taught baker who thrives on the creativity of cake creation. The more interesting the cake, the more creative I become. Over the years my cake creations keep getting more and more interesting. I have been baking and decorating cakes for seventeen years. During those years I have worked for several private bakeries, private caterers, and several large grocery store bakeries. Cake creating is a creative and spiritual journey for me and I look forward to helping you make your Cake Creation Dreams come true!

As usual, what a beautiful display of cake creations. I have had the pleasure of tasting many of Genni's cakes and I can honestly say, hands down, nobody makes or creates a better tasting piece of art. I'm with you Michael, Genni's cakes are definitely the best I've ever tasted! Genni made my wedding and groom's cakes and since then I have had the pleasure of tasting many more, they are always so moist, I don't know how she does it!?!
